Plug in the USB or the SD card into your PC.
Right-click on the Windows icon from the taskbar and click on Disk Management.
Click on the Unallocated USB/SD card attached to the PC. Note: Unallocated drive will appear with a black bar at the top.
Right-click on the Unallocated space and click on the New Simple Volume… from the options.
Follow on-screen instructions and keep clicking on the Next option until the Finish option appears.
